Happy Holidays from The Critograph staff

As the semester comes to an end, we at The Critograph are incredibly grateful for all of the stories we have been able to tell this semester and the support we have received, both on and off campus.

One gift for you that we have been working hard to achieve this semester is getting one of our issues out in print. From 1922 until 2020, The Critograph released a print edition every Wednesday. After the COVID-19 pandemic, our format switched to an online-only paper. While we love that we can reach a wider audience beyond campus through our online editions and interact with students and staff on Instagram, there is something special about the feel of a printed paper.

Throughout transitions, our Lynchburg community continues to reach new heights each semester. Since August, our University has celebrated cultures from every walk of life, hosted research and academic presentations, and posted a 78.4% win percentage following the fall sports seasons.

As we bid farewell to our Editor-in-Chief, Jacob Clavijo, we wish him the best in his future endeavors. We will forever be grateful for his leadership and reporting that have helped all of us on staff grow as people and writers.

We hope that you will take some time out of studying for finals and exams to peruse the 2025 Holiday Edition of the Critograph. We promise that you will find something in there for you. The Critograph wishes you the best of luck for finals week and a happy holiday season!
