Dellchella has arrived back on campus after being away since COVID.

This year’s headliner is no other than the electro-pop doe 3OH!3, known for their interesting beats and chart-topping hits like “Don’t Trust Me” and “Starstukk.”

Prepare for an unforgettable afternoon of high-energy music, dancing, and an atmosphere that will leave you wanting more.

The purpose of Dellchella  is to serve as a nice way to have fun before the upcoming finals.

However, securing a performer of any status can come with its own challenges.

The Director of SAB  Emily Velilla has been working hard to make this happen.

“SAB works with an artist booking agency that helps us put in offers to various acts, ultimately leading to a final booking with a Dellchella headliner. This process takes several months and depends significantly on a band’s availability, pricing and other logistical needs,” said Velilla.

While securing an acclaimed act like 3Oh!3 is certainly a major challenge, the Dellchella organizers also have a strong emphasis on carrying over the past traditions and successful elements from the previous years.

One of the members from SAB, Anastasia Silva (2026) says, “Every Dellchella we try to do big PR, in the past we have put videos on the big screen of shelly field, and we also make flyers and post them everywhere. The vibes are going to be completely different, as this year we will be having more of a concert, when in the past, we have had a bunch of fun activities. This year is going to be more hype.”

After COVID-19 changed Dellchella for the past few years, there is a palpable enthusiasm on campus for its comeback, especially with the prospect of hosting a live band performance.

Student Ilya Lotan is very excited to see them perform live saying, “I like that the band is kinda cringey and their beats as well. I am excited to see them since my sister would play it a lot when I was younger,” said Lotan.
