My mind is on overload
Pushing yourself to the edge
Feeling as if you have to prove yourself
It’s as if i’m stuck in a dredge
Constantly doubting oneself
Giving up on something you love
Yet it hurts to let go
Just trying to stay above
When it feels like all you can do is borrow
The heart is no longer in it
Faking the smiles
Feeling like I need to forget it
Hearts racing at a hundred miles
The anxiety starts to bubble
Everything comes crashing and burning
The feeling of self trouble
Wheels in my head start turning
My mind is on overload
